What size are the cards?

Standard bridge size 57mm x 89mm, 2.25”x 3.5”

Are these cards only for married couples?

Many of the cards refer to elements of a Christian marriage such as Ephesians 6:22-33. The cards also explore some topics that we recommend are best discussed in the marriage context to ensure no inappropriate boundaries are overstepped whilst dating. We definitely feel they would make a great wedding gift for your spouse, though!

Is this a game?

There are no rules apart from to be honest and sensitive to your spouse’s feelings so I guess technically not! It is completely up to you how you use the cards.

If you were to use the question cards to play a game, remember you are ultimately on the same team! Don’t forget, once you’ve gone through the questions, you could also use the cards to play your favourite card games as they double up to be a standard deck of playing cards.

Is there a minimum age that these cards are suitable for?

The legal marriage age ;) Don’t worry, there is no reference to sex so you can happily gift these cards to any couples in your life without it being awkward!

Are these cards only for Christians?

Many of the cards refer to the Bible, God, prayer and other elements of Christianity. This means that to get the most out of them, your Christian faith should be an important aspect of your life. However, you can still use these cards if you are not a Christian as they help to generate important conversations for a married couple who would like to grow in their relationship together.

My spouse does not want to use the cards, how can I encourage them to give them a try?

First of all, prayer! Then perhaps you could start with the more light-hearted cards (Kind and Funny category). You could ask them to read through the more challenging cards and see if there are any that they would like to begin with. Try to understand their reservations and come up with a plan together to tackle them.
